We’re delighted to say that the Kiltwalk is back for another year in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Dundee - giving new and existing friends and supporters of The Haven an opportunity to throw on their best tartan, enjoy a fantastic fun-filled day and help support individuals, families and carers affected by life-limiting illness and bereavement.

Here are 5 great reasons you should walk with

1) You will be walking to raise funds for a small local charity that provides support to individuals, families and carers across Lanarkshire and beyond who are affected by illness, caring and bereavement.

The Kiltwalk has reduced its entry fees again this year, which means it’s even cheaper to take part! In addition, we are also offering 50% discount codes* to our Team Haven Walkers! (*Please note - terms & conditions apply and we ask that each walker raises a minimum of £60.00)

This means you can sign up for as little as £10 for the Mighty Stride (23 miles) and the Big Stroll (14 miles) with Team Haven codes, and it costs only £6.25 for adults, and £3.25 for children to take part in the Wee Wander (3 miles).
3) Our ‘Haven Cheerleaders’ will be with you on the day to welcome you back over the finishing line to help you celebrate your achievement of completing the Kiltwalk challenge.

Why it Matters
The Haven plays an important role in ensuring essential programs of support services are accessible to people across Lanarkshire and beyond. This support not only addresses the immediate needs of our clients, but also contributes to the long-term mental health and wellbeing of many people living in our local communities.
Over the last 12 months, The Haven has supported over 468 individual clients. We anticipate this demand will grow as we continue to see an increasing demand across all our services - particularly in those seeking support for bereavement in both our adult and children’s services.
This is why it is crucial for The Haven to receive support from the local community and ask our supporters to register for a Kiltwalk and stride for a good cause.

How and when do I get my 50% discount code from Team Haven?

It's easy! All you need to do is register your interest with us by using the form below and we will contact you within a few days with your unique code to use on the Kiltwalk website. Please remember to tell us in the comments section which Kiltwalk you want to take part in and register as soon as possible as we have a limited number of discount codes available!
