Wellbeing Support Line

On March 23rd 2020, in response to the ongoing covid-19 crisis we launched our Wellbeing Support Line to provide immediate and responsive telephone support to Haven clients to ensure that clients experience minimal disruption to accessing Haven specialist support.

The Wellbeing Support Line offers wellbeing and support calls with our Haven Nurses and Children, Young People and Families Service Co-ordinator to families who are affected by life limiting illnesses such as cancer Parkinson's M.S and dementia. We have now also extended the reach of this Wellbeing Support Service to include additional client groups, including the covid-19 shielding and high risk categories.

Our Haven client services team can arrange one to one telephone emotional support sessions and/or email support. They can also provide you with helpful information, a range of self-management techniques, useful websites and downloads and links to other organisations that may also help you.

The Wellbeing Support Line is open Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm - 01555811846.

When you call, a staff member will take your contact details and ask one of our Haven Nurses or Children Young People and Families Service Coordinator to call you back. We will aim to call you back as soon as we can and within 24 hours (Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm).
